Week 6 Term One 2015

Hi Everyone!
What a big week last week with PAT'S. We will look at results and set goals for the year in the next week, or so.

Year 6's are off to camp-have a great 4 days with Mr White and the 4 parents also going.

Year 7's will be joining the year 7 and 8's in Room 4 to study life cycles and science, in the afternoons, this week.

Year 5's will be starting life cycles in class and then working on individual projects next week.

Our Reading contract is progressing well as children do this at their own speed-should be finished in a week or so.

Times tables are part of homework from this week on.

Remember to do your spelling every night.

Week 5 Term 1 2015

Another great week has gone by! It is hard to believe we are starting Week 5.

This week we are getting into our N.Z.Author Reading contract-this will continue for 2-3 weeks, as Yr6's will be on camp soon and some Yr 7's will be on the rail trail the following week. Reading at home will be based on N.Z. authors and the contract activities will be done at school.

Yr 6's will be spending several afternoons on pre camp activities with Mr White-exciting!

This week is also very busy with P.A.T.tests.

Remember C.O. Swimming for those involved.
